I am a huge fan of flirty feminine lingerie and swimwear so when I saw that the floral trend had hit the catwalks for summer I couldn’t have been happier. The floral trend hits my style perfectly and there are a wide range of prints and styles to suit anyone – from the girly girl to the bold and daring.
The Covent Garden range by Seafolly is a personal favourite, for a bold beach look. The details of this range are what make it really stand out. Both the one piece suit and the bikini combine flirty ruffles, which we have a seen a lot of this season, within the bright floral trend. In the bikini version, tiny stitches surround the edge of the cups give it a little something extra for you to stand out from the crowd. I also love the cheeky name ‘Covent Garden’ – flowers + London – can’t go wrong!
For a more subdued take on the floral trends the Cherie range from Midnight Grace is a great choice. I tend to buy bright coloured bikinis as I’m afraid of looking washed out in light colours with my fair skin tone, but with all the positive feedback we’ve had from this range, it’s really tempting me to give the lighter colours a try.
