As you might imagine, here at figleaves.com there are more than a handful of lingerie lovers working in our office. Our lovely buying team have fountains of lingerie knowledge and are always testing new ranges, choosing new colours and telling the rest of us what next year’s trends will be (heads up for spring – yellow and green).
I can safely say that the entire marketing team love lingerie, we spend an inordinate amount of time discussing our favourite styles and each have our own niche - I am forever searching for the perfect smooth bra (current favourite here). I’ve seen the creative team dive through mountains of lace to have a look at the latest from figleaves boudoir and even a few of our IT team have been spotted carrying home very large orders . . . With all this activity, we decided to go undercover and find out how the figleaves team really feel about lingerie.
We pulled together a short, fun survey and sent it round to everyone in the office, after around 100 responses, we sat down to have a peek at the results and here’s my round-up of the best answers!
So, it turns out that we really are lingerie lovers, with over 85% of us buying underwear for special occasions! The most popular occasions were:

As for new outfit lingerie, I think this high result comes down to needing a full wardrobe of lingerie styles from shapewear to multiway bras – our Christmas party dress solutions page gives a great overview of solution underwear – so useful if you have a dress that just doesn’t look right with your everyday lingerie.
We were all very pleased to see that 44% of the figleaves team buy new briefs every two months and a further 35% buy new ones every 6 months, do you do the same? Or are you like the *argh* 2% who said they only bought new briefs once a year!
