Backless at the BAFTAs

There were some dramatic dresses on show at the BAFTAs last night but none more so, perhaps, than this floor sweeping backless number worn by Emilia Fox. It's always a good look for that over-the-shoulder red carpet pose - so could we be seeing a host of backless dresses at the Oscars in a couple of weeks?
