• Your bra can save a life. Nursing assistant Nicky Arsenault saved a man lying unconscious outside a nightclub in Calgary when she used her bra to stop the bleeding, reports cnews.
• Dog news: Vetinary Pet Insurance is giving an award to the daftest claim of the year, reports science site redorbit.com. The August nominee? Two year old spaniel Crawford, who ate the gel inserts of his owner's bra. He was rushed to the vet and, happily, lived to tell the tale.
• Watch out - there's a bra bandit about, says Metro. There have been at least six bra robberies in Florida since February, with 160 being stolen in the most recent raid.
