Who, according to Grazia magazine, is the biggest fashion influence right now and into spring 2008? No, it's not High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale (left), but her big-eared companion Minnie Mouse. Luella has designed a special frock for her, apparently, and now her polka dot style is rocking the fashion world.
