Customer Service scoops the prize

We like a good awards ceremony here at figleaves.com - particularly when we leave with a nice gong. So congratulations to our customer service team, below, who were crowned Online Customer Service Team of the year at last week's People in Retail Awards 2007.

Here's what the judges had to say: “Figleaves make it very easy for customers to get in touch, constantly evaluates its customer service, even to the degree of measuring actual delivery dates against the promised delivery date, and is not afraid to acknowledge, learn and correct any failings on its customer service standards. In the judges' view Figleaves leads the way and sets the standards for other online retailers to follow”.

Hear that? It's the sound of champagne corks popping.
