We're just off the red eye from Miami, where the world's most influential swimwear show has just finished. And the good news is there are plenty of new trends for next spring/summer. The big colour story is coral - all over for girls with a great tan or skin tone or as a highlight - most effectively with green - for us pasties. More subtly, cosmetic tones are important, particularly a really pretty blush. Metallics come in all hues - from golds at our new brand Shay Todd to turquoisey blues at Cosabella. Print wise, it's animal magic, with all manner of creatures from seahorses to tigers putting in an appearance. Trend wise - think handcrafted. From crochet, to macrame, to knits - yes knits - best seen at Rosa Cha and Vix (pictured). As for embellishment, last season's burnished gold rings have been replaced by enamel and jewels. And our favourite collection - Letarte, which encapsulates most of the above while maintaining its distinctive South Seas handwriting. With many of the collections arriving at figleaves.com this November why not book that winter holiday now?

That model looks dreadful - fake silicone lumps for tits and concentration camp arms and legs - fashion is sick!
