Love her or loathe her, there's no getting away from Victoria Beckham and her style tips now that the book we've all been waiting for - That Extra Half An Inch - is finally in the shops. Actually, here at figleaves.com we're rather inclined to love her - particularly as she's recommended our site for all her lingerie requirements (clever girl).
We've read the lingerie chapter with particular interest, of course. Here are a few of our favourite nuggets:
"It's ridiculous to wear a frilly bra beneath a t-shirt, as the lace will bump up through the material and make you look like you have four boobs. Instead, get a practical bra that will give you a nice bustline. My favourites are Calvin Klein Underwear's t-shirt bras."
"Playtex make great simple and practical bras, as they have done for decades, and are just the thing to wear under t-shirts, v-necks and pullovers."
"Don't forget to always wear a good sports bra when you're exercising as you don't want to trip over your boobs on the running machine or end up with two black eyes!"
"Elle Mapherson's pyjamas are fantastic, particularly the vest tops with boy shorts, which come in great fabrics. Pretty much her entire range is just perfect for wandering around the house on Sunday mornings, and a much better option than a tracksuit."

And, finally, here's Victoria's nifty solution to the problem of feeling sexy while wearing a t-shirt bra:
